Saedesk is a docs-as-code platform that enables users to build documentation sites from MDX (Markdown + JSX). The Service includes documentation hosting, deployment, AI-powered search, analytics, theming, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Saedesk a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will auto-renew unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saedesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
